Synopsis: ​

Sweethearts Brad Majors and Janet Weiss find themselves stranded on a dark and stormy night after their car breaks down. Seeking help, they stumble upon a bizarre castle inhabited by a host of eccentric characters. They soon discover that the castle's inhabitants are celebrating the annual Transylvanian Convention, presided over by the charismatic and flamboyant Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a "sweet transvestite from Transsexual Transylvania."

As the night unfolds, Brad and Janet are swept into a world of wild music, outrageous costumes, and unconventional experiments. They witness the creation of Frank-N-Furter's perfect man, Rocky Horror, and are confronted with their own desires and inhibitions. The innocent couple's lives are forever changed by their unforgettable encounter with the denizens of this outlandish mansion.

Characters:

​

• Dr. Frank-N-Furter: A flamboyant and eccentric mad scientist and transvestite from the planet Transsexual in the galaxy of Transylvania.

• Brad Majors: A naive and wholesome young man, engaged to Janet Weiss.

• Janet Weiss: An equally naive and innocent young woman, engaged to Brad Majors.

• Riff Raff: A creepy and hunchbacked handyman, and Magenta's brother.

• Magenta: A domestic and Riff Raff's sister.

• Columbia: A "groupie" who lives in Frank-N-Furter's castle.

• Rocky Horror: Frank-N-Furter's muscular and artificial creation.

• Eddie: An ex-delivery boy and Columbia's former lover.

• Dr. Everett V. Scott: A former science teacher of Brad and Janet, and Eddie's uncle.

• The Criminologist (Narrator): An expert who narrates the story.

There is also an ensemble of Transylvanians who participate in the various musical numbers and events within the castle.
